Roswell developed a redesigned homepage and PDP coupled with strategic analysis to ensure that UIUX best practices were followed - keeping conversion rate as the primary focus. Customized landing pages helped to drive conversion rate from ad spends and call attention to green initiatives, providing relevance to the brand’s target demographic. Roswell also integrated an advanced Gift With Purchase selector with the cart to encourage sampling and increase average order value.
Customer Retention & Analytics
The Roswell retention team migrated over 500K email addresses to Klaviyo and guided the strategy and execution of email segmentation and automation. Through the integration with Roswell Analytics, lifetime value growth, average order value growth, the efficacy of samples leading to future purchases, and other relevant statistics were monitored to ensure the ability to evolve and adapt for greatest revenue potential.
Having a successful eComm store doesn’t mean there isn’t room for improvement - there always is.
