Retention Marketing & SMS Program Launch

Roswell's retention marketing team took a strategic approach to improving Adina Reyter's repeat purchaser rate while increasing average customer lifetime value (LTV). Roswell worked with Adina's team to cater experiences specifically for their brand by building nuanced automations that spoke to subscriber behavior, purchase history and customer journey. By launching a robust SMS program, along with new conversional pop-ups with Attentive, as well as greatly improving email automations in Klaviyo, Roswell grew Adina Reyter's revenue by 63%.

The results

Adina Reyter experienced a stellar return on investment throughout their first five months leveraging SMS marketing. From the start, they saw list growth for SMS grow consistently and greater than 3x email list growth over their previous pop-ups.

In 2021 Adina Reyter’s online business grew 63% overall, with a 70% increase in revenue from email marketing, which notably, was due to a +394% increase in email flow revenue.
