Roswell reviewed a year of flow performance to create an even more optimized strategy for Hat Heaven's subscribers based on performance metrics and segmentation. Through the build-out of complex logic within Hat Heaven's flows, as well as adding exciting branded elements to automated emails, Roswell turned already well-performing emails into a revenue-driving powerhouse.
Rewards Analysis & Re-Launch
Roswell analyzed Hat Heaven’s current rewards structure, and revised it’s program rules to reflect industry standards and best in class approaches to loyalty. In addition, this approach also included revamping the brands on-site experience, via a new program landing page, and greater program visibility on the account page. Rewards information was used to inform automations in Klaviyo - encouraging greater program participation and rewards redemption.
Over the past year, Hat Heaven’s online business has grown 398% overall, with a 787% increase in revenue from SMS marketing, adding a whole new stream of revenue for the business that is fast beginning to rival email.
Email flow revenue in Q4 2020 grew 892% from Q4 2019. This was led by improvements in:

• Click Rate: +136%
• Revenue Per Recipient: +74%
