The brief

Clean beauty brand Gen See asked Roswell to build a cohesive brand experience translated across multiple touch points. Through the design and development of a new website, in addition to email & SMS strategy and design by the retention marketing team, Gen See's online customer experience was re-imagined to better match their goals, appeal to their community, and communicate their dynamic brand story.

The approach

Design Strategy & Quick Launch Website

We helped build a cohesive brand experience through design that translated across multiple touchpoints including their new website. Using a Quick Launch theme, we extended aspects of page templates so we could incorporate important branding elements.

Customer Retention Strategy

Roswell created an optimized email template, with an emphasis on UX and cohesive brand tone, to inform new emails across all campaigns. Innovative & best-in-class flow rules, structures and concepts were implemented in order to provide a first-rate customer experience for Gen See’s customers and drive the most revenue possible.

The results

In the first half of 2023, Gen See’s Shopify revenue increased by a tremendous 950% and their conversion rate increased by 76%. The AOV also increased by 152%.
