Utilizing Klaviyo x Shopify Plus, Roswell created an intelligent set of automated flows to keep customers coming back, while optimizing reviews, loyalty, rewards, and referrals, as well as SMS campaigns and segmentation.


Marketing Direction

Through strategic direction, Roswell worked with Pure Food Fish Market to create a calendar of enticing emails that used promotions, and other engaging content like recipes and contests, to encourage subscribers to return to the site again and again.

The results

Over the past year, Pure Food Fish Market’s online business has grown 303% overall, with a 366% increase in revenue from email marketing. The addition of SMS created a whole new stream of revenue for their business that is fast beginning to rival email.
