Through Roswell’s marketing direction and robust customer retention strategy, including an optimized loyalty program, Pure Food Fish Market saw a year of exponentially increasing sales and a customer base that keeps coming back for more.

Customer Retention

Utilizing Klaviyo x Shopify Plus, Roswell created an intelligent set of automated flows to keep customers coming back, while optimizing reviews, loyalty, rewards, and referrals, as well as SMS campaigns and segmentation.


Marketing Direction

Through strategic direction, Roswell worked with Pure Food Fish Market to create a calendar of enticing emails that used promotions, and other engaging content like recipes and contests, to encourage subscribers to return to the site again and again.

Over the past year, Pure Food Fish Market’s online business has grown 303% overall, with a 366% increase in revenue from email marketing. The addition of SMS created a whole new stream of revenue for their business that is fast beginning to rival email.

Grew revenue from returning customers by an increase of 216% when comparing Q2 2019 to Q2 2020.

Brought revenue from email marketing from less than 25% of overall attributed revenue in Q2 2019 to 50% in 2020.
