### The brief
Kjaer Weis, the luxe organic beauty company, was looking to transform their site from its previous form to a more elegant, modern style with improved UIUX. Roswell NYC worked with them to implement a front end migration to Shopify Plus and introduce enhanced merchandising across Collection Pages, as well as create a bespoke app to display geo-specific inventory availability.


### The approach
Ecommerce Design

After an in-depth review, Roswell worked with the brand's founder and eComm manager to overhaul the design of the site's core pages. Included in the redesign was an innovative approach to ordering refillables, and the addition of a new makeup shade finder.


Shopify Development

From there, Roswell put the designs into action by developing a bespoke build comprised of refillable ordering, enhanced mobile features, an intelligent makeup shade finder feature, child variant merchandising, and an inventory cache app. Roswell also provided guidance and support for selecting appropriate apps and tech partners across the board.

### The results
Kjaer Weis achieved a mammoth 200% increase in revenue year over year for 2020 v 2019 - far exceeding expectations - in part due to Roswell’s contributions to optimizations of the legacy site, launch of the redesigned site in late Spring 2020, and customer retention work.
