We revamped their automation strategy to maximize subscriber capture and conversion at every stage of the customer journey, redesigned critical flows for higher engagement and revenue, and established a disciplined campaign cadence. Our team crafted tailored email and SMS campaigns that leveraged dynamic segmentation, personalized content, and precise timing to resonate with IQBAR’s audience while coordinating promotions around key brand milestones.
Over the past year, IQBAR achieved an 80.2 percent increase in Klaviyo-attributed revenue compared to 2023. Email revenue grew by 78.8 percent and SMS revenue more than doubled, increasing by 103.3 percent. Flow revenue surged by 206.8 percent, while campaign revenue rose by 38.5 percent.
Email conversion rate improved by 13.9 percent, and email revenue per recipient increased by 14.7 percent. On the SMS channel, click rate climbed by 18.9 percent, conversion rate jumped by 73.5 percent, and revenue per recipient grew by 57.1 percent.
Our list-building efforts drove significant growth, adding 59,255 net new email subscribers (63,335 gross) and 18,862 net new SMS subscribers (33,386 gross), ensuring a steadily expanding base for both channels.
